Privacy Policy

The Navigator Paper Promotion 2026 is run by The Navigator Company (controller), with technical operation by Request – Web Solutions, Lda. (processor). This policy explains what personal data we collect during the promotion, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you enter the promotion we collect:

• E-mail address and country of residence — to register your participation, contact you about the contest and, if you win, arrange the prize.
• The ream code you redeem and the designs you create (prompts and generated images) — to run the contest.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, an anonymous browser fingerprint and your approximate country (derived from your connection) — used exclusively to prevent fraud and abuse of the promotion.
• Campaign information (how you arrived at the site, e.g. from an advert) — only if you accept cookies; used in aggregate to measure the campaign.

If you win, we additionally ask for a photograph of the ream package and a copy of an identification document, used only to validate the win and deliver the prize, as described in the regulations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to deliver prizes (e.g. courier services).
• We do not send you marketing communications unless you explicitly opt in.
• We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to the promotion.

Retention

Personal data is kept only for the duration of the promotion and the time needed to deliver prizes and comply with legal obligations, and is deleted afterwards.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may access, rectify or erase your personal data at any time. Send your request to [email protected] from the e-mail address you used to participate; we will act on it within the legal timeframe. Erasing your data removes your participations, designs and, if applicable, contest entries.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
